Ice Cream Sandwich Tips

Create these sandwiches in a snap with our easy tips!

Step 1

Cut brownie sheet in half widthwise.

 

Step 2

Cut open the quart-sized carton of softened ice cream. Cut the ice cream into four slices to make it easier to spread.

Using a spatula, spread the ice cream slices onto the brownie sheet.

 

Step 3

To create dipped ice cream sandwiches, cut the large brownie sandwich into smaller pieces. Dip one end of the sandwich into white candy coating, letting the excess drip off.

Place dipped brownie sandwiches on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet; let stand until set. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze until serving.
